Please introduce yourself...

My name is Geertje Boers. As a freelance Digital Business Operations Professional I help businesses to structure their quickly growing Digital Business.

I believe that a Digital proofed business is about embracing changes, collaborations, learning by doing and being constantly engaged. In an age where technology is just a fact of life, the question is how are we going to apply it and how are we going to do this the right way so that it’s meaningful to the user.

And what do you do for Sqillzer?

As an ambassador I help Sqillzer to gain attention for the tool they've build. I've got a great network of people at management level, so my aim is to generate new business opportunities. By using the tool which Sqillzer has developed, I believe that the Digital industry will be able to recruit much more effectively.

What should people know about you as a person?

I love competition. Discipline helps me to stay organized and focused. My dog, a Boxer named Tommy who is 15 months old, helps me to realize that not everything needs to be planned. By walking or just playing together in the garden, I forget about planning and live truly in the moment.

What should people now about you professionally?

I started my career at Talpa Digital and then joined the Hyves team. I've spend the last 1.5 years at 538. After finishing my study Digital Strategy at Hyper Island in December, I launched G Kracht in January 2015.

G Kracht arose with the conviction that in a world where innovation is driving disruption, management needs to get involved in discovering and executing digital developments. Many organizations know they have to transform to the new reality of technology and data, but struggle with their “how”. Changing strategy and executing it takes so much more energy than just moving in a well-known direction. With G Kracht I help the management to adjust operations and management towards a digital proofed business.
